Miami-Dade County Public Schools has established a method by which parents may opt-out of receiving the paper report card/progress report in lieu of an electronic distribution through the Parent Grade Viewer accessible through the parent portal. Doing so ensures that your child doesn’t misplace the report card and allows the parent a real-time view of his/her performance.
Register to Opt-Out
- Log on to the Parent Portal via http://www.dadeschools.net/parents.asp
- Click the “Go Paperless” button
- Select the box under sign up for “Paperless Student Report Card”
- Click “Submit”
Once registered, you will no longer receive a printed report card or interim progress report.
If you have never viewed an electronic report card, please follow these steps:
- Log on to the Parent Portal via http://www.dadeschools.net/parents.asp
- Click the View Grades link just to the right of a child’s name
The current marking period’s interim progress report will be viewable via the Parent Grade Viewer beginning on the approved distribution date. To view this report, please follow these steps:
- Log on to the Parent Portal via dadeschools.net
- Click the Electronic Gradebook -View Grades & Attendance button
- Click the report titled: “Interim Progress Report”
